AstralPool Millenium filter, basic description.

Monobloc system MILLENNIUM filter

Manufactured in plastic material in one piece seamless by blowing process.

Opening of the filter cover by means of a screw system.

Equipped with pressure gauge and integrated manual air and water purges.

Color ivory.

Valve available without selector valve, with bayonet valve or with screw valve.

Maximum working pressure: 2.5 kg/cm2 for filters Ø430, Ø480, and of 2 kg/cm2 for filter Ø560.

Mounted with Sena pump.

AstralPool Millenium Laminate Filter

The Millenium filter is a sand filter manufactured by AstralPool, in this case with side outlet.

Made of plastic material in one piece without joints by blowing process.

Opening of the filter cover by means of a strapping system. Equipped with pressure gauge and integrated manual air and water purges.

Ivory color.

Maximum working pressure: 2,5 kg/cm2 ( Ø430, Ø480), and 2 kg/cm2 (Ø560, Ø660).

Characteristics

• Sand filter with side outlet. Also available with top outlet according to your convenience and the space available for its location.
• Filter body made of unalterable plastic, resistant to chemical and atmospheric agents. Made to work outdoors.
• Equipped as standard with AstralPool's new generation 6+1 way selector valve with bayonet fitting for filtering, washing, rinsing, recirculation, emptying, closing and wintering operations (all inlets and outlets are connected).
• Transparent cover to facilitate visual inspection and access to the inside of the filter in case of side valve
• Inner upper diffuser to ensure good water distribution over the filter bed
• Inner 1½" fitting for continuous performance
• Manual air bleed to exhaust air from inside the filter if necessary
• Integrates a manual water purge in the filter body for easy filter drainage without sand loss
• On the lower part, it incorporates a manifold with arms to ensure a balanced flow and filter backwashing
• Pressure gauge to control filter backwashing

Excellent performance and reliability. Millennium filters are designed to satisfy the most demanding customers. They can filter from 5,500 l/h to 12,000 l/h with a filtration rate of 50 m3/h/m2. They are also equipped with AstralPool's 6+1 position selector valve that allows filtering, washing, rinsing, recirculating, emptying and closing the filter. A valve so reliable that it is used with most AstralPool filters.
