Polymeric Sealant Adhesive MS AQA

New generation MS polymeric elastic adhesive sealant. Free of isocyanates, silicones and solvents. Special for swimming pools.

Resistant to chlorinated water and salt water. Resistant to aging, weathering, temperature and ozone. Good performance against chemical agents.

Can be applied:

Sealing and/or elastic gluing in swimming pools: swimming pools of work, polyester and portable. Gluing and sealing of stoneware, tiles, accessories, skimmers, fissures and all types of joints and unions. It has excellent adhesion on concrete, brick, wood, exposed brickwork, natural or artificial stone, ceramic, glass, metals: aluminum, iron, zinc, galvanized, etc., most thermoplastic plastics (except polyethylene or Teflon) or thermosetting. It can be applied even in water immersion. Resistant to chlorinated water and salt water. Resistant to aging, weathering, temperature and ozone. Good performance against chemical agents.

Instructions for use:

The surfaces on which they are applied must be firm and completely clean. They can be applied in immersion and on wet surfaces.

Sealing: apply by means of an applicator gun or by pressing the container forming a continuous bead and avoiding forming air pockets. Then smooth with a spatula (moistened with soapy water if applied in a dry environment).

Gluing: apply on one of the surfaces to be joined forming cords or by dots according to the dimensions of the pieces.

• Application temperature: +5 to +40 ºC.
• Skin formation: 8 minutes at 20ºC.
• Cured product: Modulus 100%: 1.46 N/ mm2.
• Breaking load: 3.20 N/ mm2.
• Elongation at break: 375%.
• Shore A hardness: 65.
• Thermal resistance: From -40 to +90 ºC.
