Drop Stitch Fusion Technology. Zray has developed a more professional range with a cutting-edge technological innovation: the Drop Stitch double layer fused. A second PVC layer is fused to the first layer during manufacturing. Compared to the traditional system, no PVC adhesive is required. The Fusion construction therefore allows 30% more rigidity and 25% less weight, with a perfect and above all regular finish and no risk of porosity, bubbles or creases.
